this is Zippy Cricket (even though he is clearly a katydid) his lore is that he is the protagonist of a 90s platformer game where the gimmick is He Can Fly A Little that was a commercial failure but the game developed a cult following in the 2010s first because of gaming reviewers making fun of it and second because the manual of the game was mistranslated to the USA to make Zippy a girl and this was reposted to social media as an "obscure gaming facts" trivia bit and then it became very, very popular trivia with some very interesting crowds but anyways then Zippy Cricket unexpectedly got a reboot, a redesign, and a probably netflix original TV series that nobody asked for but let's hear them out for a second and then everyone dieded but not before Zippy released some epic new touys.
